Resume formatting your client can tell apart
Turn the resume a candidate sent you into a branded submittal in seconds — with every extracted field checkable against the original before it reaches the hiring manager.
The submittal, end to end
Drop in the resume you were sent, as PDF or Word, formatted however the candidate wrote it — including the ones that arrive as a single unbroken block of text. Every field is extracted and structured into one record you can edit.
Check it before it goes out. Each extracted value links back to where it came from in the original file: click a field and the source opens with that value highlighted. Where the parser was unsure it says so and shows the alternative readings it considered, rather than silently picking one.
Send it on your letterhead. Your template, your logo, your colors — exported as PDF or Word, or shared as a link the client opens in a browser. The candidate's original file stays attached to the record.
It rewrites the writing, not the facts
Rewriting runs at a level you choose, from formatting-only through to a full professional rewrite. At every level a deterministic check compares the result against the source resume: employers, job titles, dates and qualifications are restored word for word, and every number in the rewrite has to exist in the source in the same section — a figure cannot move between jobs or change which metric it belongs to.
Company and school names that were not in the original resume are rejected outright. When a rewrite fails a check you get the resume back unchanged with the reason, rather than a plausible document containing something invented.
What stays your call: whether the rewritten prose still means what the candidate meant. That is shown to you as a diff and you approve it. Redaction is checked pattern matching reported honestly, not a compliance certification. Word export is a close approximation of the PDF layout rather than a pixel match.
It reads the ones that show up as a wall of text
We tested against 700 real resumes rather than tidy samples, and the median one had no line breaks at all. Candidates send what their last builder exported. A layout-based parser gives up on those quietly — it returns half a sentence where the employer should be, and nothing tells you it failed. ConnectIQ reads the document as text when the layout gives it nothing to work with, and flags the parse for review when it is still not confident.
