Bulk upload lets Agency plans submit 20 CVs at once and Scale 50, each with its own status, review record and export. The queue is scheduled fairly, so one large batch cannot park another team's urgent single CV behind it.

Anonymisation covers name, contact details, photo, employer names, age or date of birth, and references — applied at render time, never stored, so the underlying record stays intact for your own files.

Candidate share links give the client a branded page they can open anywhere without logging in, with open and download analytics. Links can be given an expiry, revoked at any time, and carry an immutable snapshot so later edits never change what a client already saw.

Verification is the point

Every extracted field links back to where it came from in the original document. When the parser is wrong, draw a box around the correct text on the source page and assign it to the field — the value is lifted from the document rather than retyped.
