How much does CV formatting software cost per CV?
On ConnectIQ the cost per included CV falls as volume grows: £0.15 on Starter (£15 a month for 100) down to £0.09 on Scale (£89 a month for 1,000). Is there a free CV formatter?
Yes: your first conversion is free with no card, and it is the full product rather than a preview. Upload a CV, check the extracted record, pick any of the 57 templates and export PDF and Word with no watermark.
What happens at the conversion limit?
Uploads stop and ConnectIQ shows the remaining allowance. It does not create an overage charge. On a paid plan you can wait for the next monthly period or move up a tier. The free conversion is one-off, so continuing from there means choosing a plan.
Do you charge per template?
No. There is no setup fee for a custom template and no charge for changing one. Starter includes one custom template, Agency five and Scale unlimited, and every plan can use all 57 stock templates.
Can a free personal account choose an agency plan?
Yes. All recruitment tiers appear in Plan & billing. Stripe confirmation moves the organisation into agency mode and enables the corresponding team controls.
Does annual billing change the allowance?
No. Allowances still reset monthly. Annual billing simply charges the equivalent of ten monthly payments once a year.
Can I change plan mid-period?
Yes, and it adjusts your existing subscription rather than opening a second one. Moving up is charged pro-rata for the rest of the period; moving down banks a credit against the next invoice.
What happens if a payment fails?
Your plan keeps working for seven days while the card is retried, rather than dropping the moment a card expires. It falls back to the free tier only if the payment still has not succeeded.
Do you refund an annual plan?
Yes, on request. You pay the ordinary monthly list price for the months you started and the rest comes back: cancel an Agency year after two months and £232 of the £290 is refunded. Cancel within 14 days without converting anything and the full amount comes back automatically, no email needed.
