Plans, billing and cancellation

Free accounts include one lifetime conversion with all four AI rewrite modes. Paid plans carry a monthly allowance that resets each month, on annual plans as well as monthly ones. Allowances are hard caps and never create an overage charge.

Cancellation takes effect at the end of the period already paid for, and nothing further is charged. Changing plan mid-period adjusts the existing subscription rather than starting a second one: moving up is charged pro-rata, moving down banks a credit against the next invoice.

If a payment fails, the plan keeps working for seven days while the card is retried, rather than dropping the moment a card expires.

Refunds

Monthly plans are not refunded — cancelling stops the next charge and you keep the month you paid for. Annual plans are refundable on request: you pay the ordinary monthly list price for every month you started, and the remainder comes back.

Agency annual is £290, twelve months for the price of ten. Cancel after two months and those two are charged at the £29 monthly rate, so £232 is refunded. That is slightly less than a naive pro-rata because the annual discount is consideration for completing the year. It is floored at zero, so we never invoice for the difference.

Cancel an annual plan within 14 days without having converted anything and the full amount is refunded automatically on cancellation, ending access at that point. Everything else is a request: you keep access to the end of the paid period, and the pro-rata refund above is available by asking. Consumers keep any statutory cancellation rights.

Reviewing what you send

Employers, job titles, dates and qualifications are restored verbatim after a rewrite, and figures must survive a conservation check. What the guard does not judge is whether rewritten prose still means what the candidate meant — that is shown as a diff for your approval, and reviewing every document before it is sent is your responsibility.
