Sub-processors

DigitalOcean hosts the application, database and file storage in London. Cloudflare provides DNS, TLS and CDN. Stripe handles subscription billing. Google's Gemini API structures an uploaded CV and rewrites it when asked.

Format-only mode makes no AI call, so a CV processed at that intensity never leaves our own London infrastructure.

Because ConnectIQ operates from the UK, Google's paid-services data terms apply to all of our Gemini API use whatever the tier: candidate CV text is not used to train or improve Google's products, and is logged only briefly for abuse detection and legal compliance.

Analytics without tracking

No analytics cookies, no third-party scripts, no raw IP addresses and no user agents. Visitors are counted with a daily-rotating salted hash, and referrers are reduced to a bare host before storage.

Retention

Uploaded CVs, records and exports are kept until deleted, with no automatic expiry by default — your firm decides what is necessary. Any user can delete a CV job and its exports at any time, and operators can enable a retention sweep.
