How it works

Upload a candidate CV as PDF or DOCX. ConnectIQ detects every section, extracts the fields and structures them into one reviewable record. The original file stays attached to the job, so what the candidate actually sent is always one click away.

Review the record before anything is sent. Every extracted field is linked back to the page it came from — click a field and the original document appears with that value highlighted. Where the parser is unsure it shows its confidence and the alternative readings it considered rather than silently picking one.

AI you control, not AI you hope about

The rewrite intensity is a slider from 0 to 100 across four bands. At 0 there is no AI rewrite call at all — formatting only, with zero content change. Tidy corrects spelling and grammar. Polish improves phrasing while preserving every fact, name, date and figure. Transform produces a full professional rewrite.

A deterministic guard checks the result and rejects it outright if new dates, numbers or figures appear that were not in the source CV. When that happens the CV comes back unchanged and tells you why, rather than handing you a plausible document containing an invented statistic.

Measured, not estimated

A single CV takes about 5.5 seconds from upload to a reviewable record. A batch of 20 completes in 45 seconds. Both figures were measured on production hardware rather than estimated.
